A tier-1 Nigerian civil engineering and infrastructure firm with decades of delivering major road, bridge, and construction projects across multiple Nigerian states. The company operates at enterprise scale — hundreds of staff, dozens of concurrent projects, and a plant fleet that would be an asset-intensive operation on its own.
For confidentiality reasons, we do not name the client. But we can describe the engagement in full technical detail, because the work itself is what proves the capability.
The Challenge
The firm was running its operations across a fragmented toolset: procurement in spreadsheets, HR on a legacy package, plant management on paper logs and local records, contracts in shared drives, and finance on a mix of Excel and an older accounting package.
The consequences were predictable for a business of this scale:
- No single source of truth — project managers, finance, and plant each reported different numbers for the same project.
- Slow executive reporting — management accounts often arrived weeks after month-end.

3. ERP Blueprint
Beyond the requirements, we produced the implementation blueprint — the operating architecture that describes how each process maps to the ERP system, which roles perform which actions, and where controls and audit trails are enforced.
